Terms of Service

Revy is a digital interior design service. We use a quiz, your inputs, and software (including artificial intelligence) to produce design plans, moodboards, illustrative renderings, decision notes, and a source list of suggested products for your space.

Revy is a design and recommendation service. We are not an architect, structural engineer, contractor, plumber, or electrician, and the Service is not professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice. Before you build, renovate, or install anything, you are responsible for engaging appropriately licensed professionals and for confirming permits, building codes, measurements, and site conditions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, fit, or result.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. We sign you in by email link or one-time code. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@studiorevy.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Revy is offered only to users in the United States. We do not offer or market the Service to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions, and account creation from outside the United States is not permitted. If you use the Service, you confirm you are accessing it from the United States.

The price of a design plan is shown before you pay and is calculated from the scope you select (for example, the number of bathrooms and any custom-fit vanity options). Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Prices, packages, and features may change over time, but a change does not affect a plan you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Renderings and visualizations are illustrative. They are generated by software to help you picture a direction, and they are not exact depictions of any product, finish, color, dimension, or installed result. Actual products and rooms will differ. You should rely on the source list, product specifications from the retailer, and your own measurements, not on the appearance of a rendering.

Your “Source List” (the compiled list of suggested products, vendors, and estimated pricing we generate for your project) and any product details we provide, including prices, availability, lead times, specifications, dimensions, finishes, and vendor links, are estimates compiled for planning purposes only. This information is drawn from third-party vendor and supplier data and reflects our records as of the date shown on the Source List. We do not independently verify it.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that any price, availability, specification, or other product information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Product information may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect at the time you view it, including on the date shown, and it is subject to change at any time without notice. Vendors set their own prices, stock levels, lead times, and terms, and may discontinue products or change specifications at their sole discretion.

Revy is not a seller, reseller, or party to any purchase you make. We do not sell products through the Source List and do not process product orders. You are solely responsible for confirming current price, availability, specifications, fit, and suitability directly with each vendor before placing any order, and for all purchasing decisions you make. Some items are special-order or custom and may be non-returnable or carry restocking fees. Product warranties, returns, and defects are handled solely by the retailer or manufacturer you buy from, under their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revy is not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from reliance on product information in the Source List, including price changes, out-of-stock or discontinued items, incorrect specifications, ordering errors, vendor conduct, shipping or freight issues, or restocking and return charges. The Source List does not constitute an offer, quote, or guarantee of price or availability.

We own the Service, including the software, models, text, and design systems behind it. When you pay for a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables we provide for your own personal, non-commercial design and renovation purposes.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (for example, quiz answers, notes, and inspiration images). You grant us a license to use that content to operate and improve the Service and to create your deliverables, including by processing it through our service providers described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to submit the content you upload.

Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to break security or access controls, scraping or copying the platform, reselling the Service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to violate the rights of others.

The service and all deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that designs, renderings, products, prices, or availability will be accurate or suitable for your space.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revy and French California Home, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the cost of products purchased from third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold French California Home, LLC harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your purchase, installation, or use of third-party products.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any applicable law, the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Service.
