Refund Policy
Revy is a service of French California Home, LLC. Last updated June 2, 2026.
When you buy a Revy design plan, you are paying for custom digital work: moodboards, renderings, decision notes, and a Source List created for your space. This policy explains when refunds are available. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Before your designs are generated
If you have paid but your designs have not yet been generated, contact us promptly at hello@studiorevy.com and we will cancel and refund your payment in full.
After your designs are delivered
Because designs are custom digital deliverables created specifically for you and delivered shortly after checkout, payments are generally final once your designs have been generated. We are not able to offer a refund simply because you change your mind, change your project, or decide not to proceed with a renovation.
If something goes wrong
We want you to receive what you paid for. If the Service fails to deliver your designs, or delivers something materially broken or incomplete due to a technical problem on our side, contact us. We will re-run the generation or, if we cannot make it right, refund you. This is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
Products you buy from retailers
Revy does not sell the products on your Source List. Those are sold by third-party retailers and manufacturers. We cannot refund a product purchase, accept a return, or honor a product warranty. Returns, refunds, restocking fees, and warranties for products are handled by the retailer or manufacturer you bought from, under their terms.
How to request a refund
Email hello@studiorevy.com from the address on your account, with your project name and what happened. If you have a billing concern, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can help directly.
If you are in the EU or UK
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital services. Because your designs are generated and delivered shortly after checkout, you ask us to begin right away and you acknowledge that you lose this 14-day cancellation right once delivery has started. Until delivery starts, you may cancel for a full refund.
